Udah bosan sama kukis? kalo saya beluuuummm hehe
masih suka maen-maen sama adonan kukis, soalnya oven Kirrin saya bersahabat deh untuk urusan panggang kukis mah
kukis itu gampang banget, bahannya mudah didapat, murah, bisa dikreasikan sama bahan tambahan apa aja,
#cieh belagu bilang gampang banget, padahal juga baru bisa bikin beberapa kukis yg ecek-ecek hahaha
Sekarang lagi suka nonton video masak di youtube, saya sukanya nonton Eugenie Kitchen
resepnya gampang-gampang dan mudah diikuti
tertarik sama resep shortbread cookiesnya
pas print resep ini, terus dibawa ke rumah, apah komentar " cieh peningkatan, pakai resepnya bahasa inggris :p " wekekekekek
biarlah pah, peningkatan istrinya sekalian belajar bahasa inggris toh
inggris tentang masak-memasak, bukan inggris kimia mulu haha

oke saya bikin kukis ini ala eugenie, dipotong panjang dan ditusuk pakai garpu

ini nih penampakan Shortbread Cookies ala Anggi
oiya saya pakai setengah resep dulu, seperti biasa alasannya adalah takut gagal kalo langsung bikin banyak wekekek, jadi yangs etelah tanda panah adalah versi saya sudah setengah resep
3-Ingredient Shortbread Cookie Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup
salted butter (225g) (if you use unsalted butter, add in 1 teaspoon salt.) .> saya pakai 1/4 cup buttter dan 1/4 cup margarine
1 cup
confectioners’ sugar (125g) > saya pakai 1/4 cup gula halus, biar gak kemanisan
2 3/4 cups
all-purpose flour (340g) > saya pakai 1 1/2 cup tepung terigu serbaguna
To decorate
(optional):
Melted
chocolate > ga pakai, ga sempet :p
Directions
First, sift
2 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour and set aside.
Then add 1
cup of softened salted butter into a large mixing bowl and whisk to make butter
pomade > pakai garpu aja
And sift in
1 cup of confectioners’ sugar and whisk until fluffy and homogeneously combined.
Today I am making shortbread without mixer. It’s perfectly okay to make
shortbread only with hands.
Then add in
sifted flour all at once and fold to combine. When the mixture looks like
sands, transfer to a clean working surface and fraiser once. Knead as little as
possible to make tender shortbread. Then form a ball and flatten a little.
Chill in the refrigerator for one hour to relax the flour in the dough.
Now on a
cookie pan roll the dough until ½ inch thick. Then cut the dough with a pastry
scraper. Today I am making traditional Walkers rectangular (shaped) cookies but
you can cut in wedges if you want all the cookies to be in the same shape. And
pierce with a fork, which will prevent bubbling and help cookies bake evenly.
Bake at 300
degrees F. (150 C.) for about 45 minutes, or until light golden brown. > oven kirrin saya pakai api atas bawah
Just out of
oven cut the cookies again and let completely cool on the pan.
hasilnya adalah cookies yang lumer dimulut, enak banget
sepertinya kalo ditambah lelehan cokelat leleh di ujungnya bakalan lebih enak lg deh
hmm mesti dicoba pada waktu bikin berikutnya hehe
